Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date.

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@rahrdog.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
